During the high season (from 01 May to 30 September) the minimum reservation period is one week. Check-in on SATURDAYS after 16:00. Checkout on SATURDAYS until 10.00.

During low season, booking conditions vary. You can book for a shorter period and choose the day and time of check-in/checkout. Contact us to organize your accommodation.

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Registration is required 5 days before check-in.

Deposit (refundable) 600 euros/booking. Method of payment: bank transfer. The deposit will be returned to your bank account within 7 to 10 days from the date of your departure.

VAT is included in the price of accommodation.

Cancellation policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. If the reservation is canceled 59-30 days before check-in, only half of the amount will be refunded. No refund after that.
